Blue Pure 211 and 211+ Replacement Filters

Blueair logo

To maintain Blueair's factory-specified air cleaning performance, the main filter in your Blue Pure 211+ air purifier should be replaced every 6 to 12 months. When the indicator light on the one touch button of your Blue Pure 211+ turns red, it’s time to change the filter, with a convenient yellow light giving you ample advance warning.

IMPORTANT: There are two different Blue Pure 211 series air purifiers. The replacement filters for Blueair's original 211 air purifier (sold in 2015 and 2016) have now been discontinued. However, Blueair now manufactures a permanent metal cage that converts the older Blue Pure 211 model into the newer 211+ model, allowing the less expensive Blue Pure 211+ filters to be used going forward. You can purchase the Blue Pure 211 to Blue Pure 211+ Conversion Kit below.

NOTE: This foldable replacement filter fits Blueair's Blue Pure 211+ and Blue MAX models. However, it will NOT fit the original Blue Pure 211 unit as is. If you have the older 211 unit, you will need to purchase a Blue Pure 211 to Blue Pure 211+ conversion kit that will enable you to use the newer 211+ filters going forward (scroll down to purchase kit).

Blue Pure 211 to Blue Pure 211+ Conversion Kit

If you own an original Blue Pure 211 air purifier sold in 2015 and 2016, you will need to convert your unit to a 211+ model using our 211 Conversion Kit. This will allow you to continue using your older Blue Pure 211 unit with the new foldable 211+ Combo filter as Blueair has now discontinued the original non-foldable 211 filter.

You can confirm that you have a 211 air purifier by looking at the serial number on the label on the back of your unit. Original 211 models DO NOT have a '+' or 'P' after the 211. If there is a '+' or 'P', then you already have the newer 211+ unit and should simply purchase the 211+ replacement filters above.

The 211 to 211+ conversion kit includes Blueair's new permanent metal filter housing (which will serve as the base of your air purifier) and a 211+ foldable Particle+Carbon Combo Filter that fits inside the housing. Note that you only have to purchase the conversion kit once. After that, simply purchase the 211+ filters as needed.
